"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. "Overall we were very pleased with the electrician that was sent out.  He was very nice and knowledgeable and installed our fans in a timely manner.  The job was quoted after he arrived and before he did anything so we knew what to expect.
One pricing issue I had was the item charge for bringing in and using a ladder.  They waived the trip charge of $29, but then charged us extra for having to use a ladder.  Maybe this is normal in the electrician world, I'm not sure.
