"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. "Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. "Overall we were very pleased with the electrician that was sent out.  He was very nice and knowledgeable and installed our fans in a timely manner.  The job was quoted after he arrived and before he did anything so we knew what to expect.
One pricing issue I had was the item charge for bringing in and using a ladder.  They waived the trip charge of $29, but then charged us extra for having to use a ladder.  Maybe this is normal in the electrician world, I'm not sure.
We would probably hire TE again.  We were very happy with the service provided.
