Exceptional did for me what four other prominent a/c companies could or would not, as I was unjustifiably upsold by all of them. Kevin is certifiably ingenious with his expeditious solution to me living 19 days - July 15 to Aug. 4 - without a/c. He is a gem of a troubleshooter, fairest in price, and from our interaction, a stellar person of integrity.

The owner actually worked on installing a brand new a/c system into my home. He quoted me the best price the same day I called with my issue. He gave me a reasonable time frame for ordering my new equipment and installation date. I have worked with him for about a year and he has not disappointed me yet. Him and his team is very professional, on time, clean and friendly. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends for years to come.
