Because of the loaded moving schedule, there were some issues with the arrival time. I was frequently updated with new information and updated arrival estimates. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.
