Alex arrived within the time frame that was scheduled. He was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue quickly and got my dryer back up and running. He could have just fixed the issue and be on his way, but he asked a few more questions and made the recommendation that my dryer vent was due for a thorough cleaning not only for better efficiency but also for safety reasons as well. I will definitely use him again for other appliance repairs and will be recommending him to others as well.

Alex identified the problem and realized the fridge was still under warrantee so he recommended the manufacturer resolve the issue. It was done the next day with no cost to me.

Within 30 minutes, Alex showed up at my home, ready to work. Alex looked at my dryer and figured out the problem immediately. He left my house to retrieve the necessary parts to fix the issue and returned within 30 minutes. From the call to the completion of the repair, it took less than two hours. Alex was very professional. He is someone I will recommend to anyone.

Alex did an excellent job! He replaced the burner igniter in our oven quickly and efficiently. He was done in less than 40 minutes and charged half the price his competition quoted us. I would highly recommend Alex for any job. He was personable and professional.

As of this morning, 10/21/2024, I have visited Angie's List in order to have my Samsung dryer repaired due to it not drying clothes as it should. I received a prompt response from Alex. Upon hearing our concerns, Alex assessed the situation and completed the repair with no issues. The customer service provided by Alex was exceptional as he was knowledgeable and informative beyond our expectations. Thank you for your prompt response and for providing timely service. You will certainly be referred to others as well as contacted for any future repairs. Among all the repairs we've had, Alex was the best and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Excellent response and service. Replaced the compressor on my LG French Door refrigerator. Responded quickly thru Angi and great communication before arrival so that he had all the parts on the truck and the Refrigerator was up and running with an hour of his arrival.

I made an appt for the next morning but he called me to see if it was an emergency. I said I needed to fix my refrigerator ASAP. He was here in 30 min. Fixed my fridge and didn't charge extra for evening appt. It only took an hour. He was very efficient, and gave me a fair price. I would recommend him to everybody.
