"I had a minor melt down when I found two baby roaches in our home. After searching on HomeAdvisor, V called me directly that very same day. He asked me to send him a picture of the roach I had caught on a glue board so he could identify the problem. I did and he called me back at 6:30 that evening just to talk me through the diagnosis and my options. He came out the very next day to treat our home. I appreciate so much him taking the time to assuage my fears and address the situation. Highly recommend!"

"We had been working with another company for four months but they were unable to solve our issue. John from Natures Balance came over the same day we requested a quote. He inspected our home and pointed out trouble areas with the work done by the previous Company. He completed the work and even offered to contact the company and provide pictures of the incomplete work. We are extremely happy to be rid of the unwanted pests and highly recommend this company."
