"John was excellent in every step of the process. Responded quickly with a very competitive bid. Easy to communicate with and gave good suggestions about tile options and grout color. He installed 2 backsplashes (kitchen and bar area) and a bathroom floor. He also did repairs on a 20-year-old bathroom floor. All the work exceeded my expectations, especially on an awkward (outside) corner on the kitchen backsplash. He takes pride in his work and was meticulous in the installation and thoroughly cleaned up each day. He was very kind with our 2 big dogs and ensured that we put them in a different room so that they did not step on any pieces of glass during the glass tile demolition. We are very happy with the results and would HIGHLY recommend John as a tile professional."

Every week when we come in its clear the office has been cleaned with care and attention.
