Eddie did a fantastic job installing insulation, drywall and paint on our basement ceiling. Price was more than fair. He is extremely responsive, shows up when he says he will and gets right to work. There were no surprise expenses and he got the job done in the time frame he gave us originally. Very professional and will hire him again if the need arises in the future.

Eddie did a wonderful job. I thought we were going to have to replace a large amount of sheet rock due to the damage during demolition and cabinet removal. Eddie was able to repair all of the walls and it is as if the walls had never been damaged. Eddie was very professional and provided prompt, courteous service.

We Called Residential Home Repair to turnkey our property there was a great deal of drywall repair and painting to be done but they did the job well after the repairs were done we also used Residential to complete the turnkey with a deep carpet cleaning and we will use theme again

we needed to have the entire inside of our home painted and we got a quote from  Ed at Residential , well the quote was fair so we pulled to trigger and scheduled  the work to be performed .
