"We are a design and renovation company focused on the restoration of historic properties. Williams Professional Cleaning Service was highly recommended by a trusted sister company in Atlanta, and from our first interaction with CEO Mr. Moses Williams, we knew we were in good hands. He and his team approached our project with exceptional professionalism, working efficiently and thoroughly under significant time constraints. Their reliability and strong work ethic were evident throughout the process. What truly stood out was their ability to restore the property's original wood and tile floors?features we had assumed would need full replacement. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, the floors were brought back to life, preserving the historic charm of the space. The property was left in immaculate condition. Their work played a KEY role in helping us secure backing from our investors. We are deeply grateful to Williams Professional Cleaning Service for their outstanding job!"

"I recently remodeled my bathrooms. I hired a bad general contractor who used sub-par subcontractors. Needless to say, my 1 month project took 27 months to complete and the work wasn't great. Two months after I started using my new shower, I noticed the grout was starting to crack and break and I had bad efflorescence in my black shower floor. In addition, my white grout was turning all shades of yellow. I was worried I would have to redo the new shower when I found The Grout Master. Nate and his team repaired my grout and sealed everything. My bathroom now looks like I envisioned it for a fraction of what int would have cost to tear everything up and redo."

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

The answer to this question depends on how large the room is and how much experience you have stripping and waxing floors. It will take at least 24 hours to strip the floors, then you must allow time for drying, waxing, waiting for them to cure, and, finally, buffing them. Since you likely will not be working for the full 24 hours, it is safe to say that this is a two- or three-day job.

Yes, but with caution. A floor grinder is intended to level and polish concrete, so it is a very powerful tool. To remove paint, the floor grinder should be set to 35 square feet per minute or less to minimize the pressure without the use of pocket weights. You might need to go over the surface two times to get any paint that has sunk into the concrete’s pores.

Yes, you can mop hardwood floors with a damp flat or string mop as long as it is not soaking wet. Always avoid leaving standing water or fully soaking your hardwood floors, even if they are properly finished. A slightly wet mop, with or without cleaning solutions, will not damage the wood.

To maintain vinyl and linoleum floors, regular sweeping and damp mopping are recommended. It is also important to avoid using harsh chemicals, as this helps maintain the floor's appearance and integrity while preventing damage.

Wood floors should be polished every two to four months to maintain a shine and to keep them protected from daily wear and tear. More frequent maintenance includes dry mopping the floors daily and cleaning spills immediately, using a spray mop and cleaner weekly to remove any built up dirt or grime, and sanding and refinishing the floors every three to five years.
