I just closed on my home and the prior owner left TERRIBLE dog urine stains.  I was quoted almost $5,000 for new carpeting but the vendor recommended Sunrise highly and said to try them first before replacing the carpets.  They were AMAZING -- the carpets look and smell like new.  Floyd Walden and Steven were my techs and they were polite, answered all my questions, professional and honest -- told me what stains were likely to come out and not likely.  Great experience all around!

It is with great pleasure to take a few minutes and write this review about the experience I recently received from Sunrise Clean Care & Water Restoration.  I felt like I had done my homework (research) to select one of the best, if not the best, carpet & rug cleaners in Metro Atlanta.  And yes, my selection turned out to be fantastic!  
From the initial phone call I made to the company, Caryn was quite impressive with her knowledge about the carpet cleaning industry.  Her upbeat personality and passion about the business, helped me make my decision to utilize their services.
ARRIVAL - The technicians arrived on time (actually, they called me beforehand and asked if they could come earlier than the scheduled timeframe (great for me, because usually this call from various other companies is the opposite --technicians stating they would be later than scheduled).  
REPRESENTATION - Now, here is where companies set themselves apart from others.  People coming to your home to provide a service speaks volume about the company they represent.  In this case, I was blessed to have technicians Floyd and Steven.  Both of these men were exceptionally nice, talented and knowledgeable about carpet and rug cleaning.  We did a complete walk-thru and they determine the best strategy to move forward to complete the job.  
SERVICE- At one point, I went to check on them and discovered Steven was down on his knees cleaning my baseboards!  Wow!!!  No other carpet cleaning company I've used in the past has ever cleaned my baseboards.  When I asked Steven about it, he gently stated, 'this is just part of our service!'  I was truly amazed at how both of these guys worked and the dedication they demonstrated.  Later on, Floyd was on his knees cleaning some areas as well even though their equipment was top-notch, these guys didn't mind doing whatever it takes to ensure my areas were clean.  The pet areas they cleaned were superb as well. 
PRICE - I guess the old expression is true, you get what you pay for!  If you want a $99 carpet cleaning job, that is exactly what you will get and I can assure you, you will not be satisfied (been there, done that, got the T-shirt...lol)!  The quote explained to me before the job began was fair.  I was even more satisfied with the price after the job was completed because of the quality I received. My carpeted areas are new again!  
THANK YOU - I can't express enough how grateful I am for the service I received.  In today's competitive and challenging environment, it feels good to know I selected a company based on their quality of service opposed to the price quoted.  Yes, price is important, but at the end of the day, it is the overall service I will remember moreso than the price I paid.

Wife not happy so they came back and reworked everything.

Sunrise responded quickly to my dilemma.  The dog had gotten sick and vomited in several places.  I was not able to remove the stains but the technician did a great job.  I cannot tell where the stains had been and was thrilled.  As always, the technicians were thorough and pleasant.  I would highly recommend them - and do!

I am thrilled with the service of this company. Based on their reviews I hired them with out concern of an estimate and trusted they would take care of me. They came out and removed the stains on the couch as well as cleaned other pieces. They were very professional and I will always use them in the future. Highly recommend this company !

Easy to schedule appointment, Employee, Floyd arrived on time, neatly attired and ready to work. Before starting the job he used a laser to measure each of the 4 rooms being cleaned and gave me the cost for the job. I explained there were two areas that needed extra attention. He looked at them and said he might not be able to get the entire stain (furniture stain) removed but he would do his best. From estimate to departure in less about two hours, 90% of the problem stains removed and the job cost exactly what Floyd had estimated. The actual cost of the carpet cleaning was $398.40 and I had a $20.00 off coupon making the total paid $378.90.

This was for a rental house that we are selling.  They able to come the next day (Saturday) after I called them.  We needed it cleaned quickly because we were showing the house to real estate agents.

They did a really good job.

They did a good job.  He even replace pad under a particularly soiled spot.

Second time I have used them. Arrived on time and got right to work. I have a dog so the carpet always picks up the dirty oil off his hair. They didn't quite get all up the first go around. But when I pointed it out to them, they put in the extra effort to get that dirt out.
Very professional, you can't go wrong. Also ,the owner really stands behind their product / service.

We absolutely love them. They're extremely professional and they come in their uniforms and are clearly identified. They're super friendly all the time. They send an e-mail confirmation once you set your appointment and their customer services is really phenomenal. The price is totally reasonable.

He arrived on time. The service provided was great. He was very professional and cordial. The carpets were cleaned in a timely manner. There were no hidden fees and no attempts to tack on more costs. I have used this company in the past and the service is consistently great.

Sunrise Clean Care is a very professional operation from my initial phone to the follow through of a thorough carpet cleaning. I was notified ahead of time by Gabe, he arrived when he said he would within the 3 hour window specified, and paid attention to every detail of the service. We have a nine  year old Lab and a twenty one month old son, and he was able to pick up all the stains that accompany these two critters. Additionally, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the high traffic areas leading through the house. I will definitely use Sunrise again and would recommend them over the competition, even the bigger names in the business. Price was easily overlooked for quality, but honestly, just a few small dollars more. Thank  you for taking the time to read my review and hope it will help you make a decision.
