"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"I requested a HVAC tech come out to my home as my AC was not working properly. The tech recommended that I get a new AC. He told me he would have his sales rep come out to talk to me about the options I would have as far as replacing it. Their sales rep showed up. His name is Jimmy, and he told me all these great things about Bardi and their products. We came to an agreement of my buying a cheap HVAC system as I was trying to save money. It would cost me 12,000 dollars for the system. The next day April 5th, 2025 their install tech came out and installed the equipment. I was at work at the time, but I had a family member there. I returned home to find out the lower level of my home was not being cooled, and they had left part of my old HVAC system connected to the new system. It was a burnt up disconnect that should have been replaced and was a major part of what was wrong with my old system. Also they used a panel cover from my old system instead of new. I asked Jimmy to come and pick up the equipment which it states I have three days to reject the equipment in the contract. He expressed that I couldn't reject the equipment after it was installed. They had a tech come out the next day April 6, 2025 to fix the downstairs not working, and he fixed it. The next day it happened to be cold outside so I turned on the heat. No heat was coming out of the vents just cool air and the fan unit was running extremely loud outside. It was so loud it sounded like the fan unit was in my room on the second floor, so I turned it off. When I did turn off the fan unit made a horrible exploding noise. Once again I called Bardi and asked them to come get their HVAC system, they refused. Crystal the customer care rep is who I spoke with. She scheduled another repair tech to come out on April 12th to look at the HVAC system. I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I finally called and the receptionist told me it was their employee appreciation day no one would be coming. Monday I received a call from Crystal their customer care rep stating she text me and told me no one would be coming, but I never received that text. She scheduled another appointment for Easter Sunday. I stayed home Easter Sunday instead of going to church, and no one showed up again. I've stated each and every time I've spoken with someone from Bardi that I don't want to do business with them but they are basically trying to force me to keep their equipment at this point. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. These people are trying to rip their customers off basically. This should be illegal. I've reach out to get a lawyer to force them to remove their equipment from my home. Stay away from these people at all cost."

"Ken and his team are AWESOME!!!!! If there was an option for 20 star rating they would get it! There are no words to describe the amazing work they did in our backyard this weekend. We had over 30 trees that we needed to be remove due to pine beetles and Ken came out gave us an estimate which was better than anyone we had out. His day rate price was reasonable and affordable. They worked for hours with a smile and the team were great to have around. Our yard looks more than AMAZING, it looks SPECTACULAR :) They are people we would hire again to do more work in our lot. We are excited to get out there this summer, play in our huge yard safely thanks to Woodchuck. Thank you guys really an awesome job WELL DONE!"

"Brad and Bruce did a nice job on my additional gravel parking area. It did take extra day due to family emergency but they were very careful not to damage my existing concrete driveway. They got to my job inside of a week which was great. They did everything that I expected and my family does this for a living in Florida so I knew what it should look like. "Preston from Oasis General Contracting is the MAN! Props to him and his amazing crew! His “customer’s always right” mantra made sure the process was painless and worry-free. I wanted a deck that stretched the length of our home, and he correctly suggested what we make half of it a covered patio. I’m siting here at night in said patio enjoying the fruits of their labor. Now we have to buy better patio furniture to match the craftsmanship of this deck and patio. Looking forward to hiring them again."

"I went through Angi's list to find a pro, and Deer Creek Brush Control & Landscape Services in Douglasville, GA was GREAT! I had an overwhelming project of getting rid of tall weeds & over-growth from the woods which was taking over my backyard!, as well as needing trees trimmed back that was hanging over my house roof. They spent more time than expected but stayed to make sure the job was done right. The nice thing was, they did not charge me more than was quoted! An honest company. Altogether, they got rid of the massive amount of weeds (a 2-step process), trimmed back the trees, and mulched around my house. They also cleaned up all that yard & tree debris too! They left my yard looking good. I highly recommend Deer Creek Brush Control & Landscape for your yard-care too. I have a few AFTER photo's to share.
