"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

I wanted a deck that stretched the length of our home, and he correctly suggested what we make half of it a covered patio. I’m siting here at night in said patio enjoying the fruits of their labor. I had an overwhelming project of getting rid of tall weeds & over-growth from the woods which was taking over my backyard!, as well as needing trees trimmed back that was hanging over my house roof. They spent more time than expected but stayed to make sure the job was done right. The nice thing was, they did not charge me more than was quoted! An honest company. Altogether, they got rid of the massive amount of weeds (a 2-step process), trimmed back the trees, and mulched around my house. They also cleaned up all that yard & tree debris too!
