I generally find home maintenance interactions to be an arduous chore on my to-do list; but reviewing my fencing needs with Ergeon has been a phenomenal experience. In terms of customer service, Darcy is the best! He is charming, informative and efficient. I am looking forward to receiving my proposal and getting started.

Everyone involved in this fencing installation was very friendly, polite and knew just how to get the job done. Very professional. They checked with me along the way to make sure I was pleased with the progress of installation. They got the job done on time (even a little early). The sign off process was easy and smooth. I would definitely choose them again.

The design was performed very professionally with laxer diagnostic equipment. Then the build, including building a two gate drive through gate was completed in a day. This was very cost effective too!

They did NOT COMPLETE the job. A person called in February 2024 and set up the project. As of March 2024 nothing has been completed.

Rating work quality as a 5 as Iâ m sure they will do great work but project has not gone underway yet. Just want to say Giovanni Torres did an amazing job as a sales rep working with our HOA requirements and providing clear and concise details on the project expectations. Would hire again!

Wonderful experience from the beginning to the end of the project. The price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner by an exceptional crew. Everyone was professional and made the whole process seamless. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a fence installed.

Turnaround time was 3 weeks when they originally said 4.5 weeks so that was nice. Price was fair for the work complete and the fence looks good.

Issue- during a bad storm, three sections on one side of my fence was blown over snapping the 4x4 posts at the ground, and damaging the wall panels beyond repair.. I decided to replace the one side of my fence. I have always had good experiences with home advisor and trusted the reviews on the website. Estimates- the prices were fair and installation time frame within a month beat any local contractors I contacted. Patricia Melo from the sales team was available Monday- Sunday and assisted anytime I called. The first appointment was via FaceTime, and they estimated my project from satellite images and approximate length. When the sub-contractor came out, the actual length was slightly more so they adjusted the estimate to reflect and we agreed on the price. Installation day- it was set for Friday, so I requested the day off from work to be home. No one showed up or called. I contacted the project manager Johnny Cruz late that afternoon, and he said they were tied up on a different project but would be there Saturday morning. It wasnâ t until Saturday after lunch, the crew arrived and rushed to start the project, setting 4x4 posts with fast set concrete and installing 2x4â s within a couple of hours. They returned Sunday afternoon to remove existing fence debris and clean up. I was happy the fence replaced, and our community HOA was satisfied. After Installation- fast forward time to three weeks, and I started noticing both doors on the gate twisting in opposite directions making it extremely difficult to open/ close. A month after installation, and the gate had to be pushed on one side to open. At this point, I have to help my kids in and out of the back yard because they canâ t operate it. I started taking a closer look and the fence panels are starting to warp. The fence materials used is questionable and I worry about the quality. The location of one 4x4 post is located over a foot away from the existing fence. See pictures attached. Warranty- just a month and couple days after install, I contacted the Ergeon warranty department via email with pictures. I called the following day to acknowledge receipt of my email. I was told someone would contact me, so I waited another week and sent a follow-up email. Still no one called me back, so Iâ ve had to follow-up multiple times both email and calling. The last three times Iâ ve called, Johnny Cruz (PM) said they are working with a different crew to schedule or perform my repairs. They have fired the crew that built my fence. Itâ s now been three and a half weeks after the first warranty email was sent, and no scheduled date for repairs. How long should this process take, or will it they even honor the warranty they provided? Conclusion- I paid the invoice the day they sent it to me. They were available 24/7 before installation, and now I have to call multiple times to receive a response. If I would have known I would spend $3K on ONE side of my fence being replaced and had to deal with the cheap materials and poor craftsmanship, I would have dealt local. I would have waited for a local contractor that is trusted with honest reviews that respect their customers. I wouldnâ t recommend this contractor to anyone. We are very disappointed.

We are in the process of installing a fence in our back yard. Speaking with Giovanni T has been great. He is very helpful and honest with the work that needs to be completed. We are hopeful that the job will be completed to our satisfaction and can't wait to start enjoying our backyard without any disturbances.
