"John came in and did an very professional and thorough inspection, not only of the bat infested area, but any other area they may get into. During his inspection he pointed out entry points that I had never noticed and made sure I was aware of any issues."

"Had a great experience with this company. Having a Bat in your attic is very scary! An estimate within 24 hrs. on a Sat. All services completed on a Sun. I am Bat Free by The Bat Man! John 🤣 Funny! My house is now completely Pest and Critter proofed for life. My neighbors as well as myself have had to have this work done before by other companys. Left with ugly rusty wire and screws all over every attic vent. John assured me he would leave me with a Pest and Critter Free Guaranteed home without taking away from the cosmetic appearance of my home. And that he did! I am very satisfied with the work! I highly recommend them!"

"I have used Absolute Exterminating Services for many years and I am extremely happy with the service they provide. I met Calvin approximately 9 years ago when I had a termite issue. He resolved my issue, explained everything and followed through. He is always polite, courteous, professional and does a quality job. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism and quality of work is still today as it was back then. I highly recommend this service to anyone for all your pest control needs."

"It went extremely well. The representative was very knowledgeable about the issue (rats getting into crawlspace) and took the time to inspect both the exterior *and interior* of both our crawlspace and attic and design a solution. They also followed up quickly to seal our crawlspace and set up a schedule to come check the traps.

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

The cost of pest control services depends on various factors, but the average homeowner pays around $175, with a typical range of $100 to $500. Your final cost will be influenced by the type of pest, the size and severity of the infestation, and the number of treatments needed.

Service costs also vary by frequency:

  • One-time service: $300–$550

  • Initial visit for ongoing service: $150–$300

  • Monthly visits: $40–$70

  • Quarterly visits: $100–$300

  • Annual visits: $300–$550

For specific pest examples, getting rid of spiders typically costs between $100 and $300, whereas a termite infestation can cost from $230 to $2,500 or more, depending on the extent of the damage.

Hawks might seem like fearless predators, but these smart birds do know what other animals to be cautious around. Hawks are naturally wary of humans and predators that see them or their eggs as a potential meal or threat. This list includes owls, crows, eagles, and even snakes or raccoons.

No, mothballs do not keep bats away. Not only are mothballs completely ineffective when repelling or removing bats, but using them could be illegal, depending on where you live. Remember, bats are federally protected, and it's illegal to use chemicals during the removal process, and mothballs tend to fall into this category.

Cockroaches, ants, flies, bed bugs, and termites are common in business environments.

Yes, it’s possible for bats in your attic to find a way into your living spaces. Until you can properly remove the bats, the best course of action is to keep the attic doors closed and any holes sealed. Evidence suggests bats follow the airflow in your home, so they may try escaping from the attic to other parts of the house.
