He explained that if he found something there was no inspection charge and quoted me a very reasonable inspection fee if he didn't find anything. We didn't have any signs of a bat or bat droppings. "I really like working with the folks at Total Animal Control. When they originally came out to my home to remove a bird's nest which was sitting on top of my closed flu at my fireplace, they noticed I had some egress issue going into my attic. They carefully went into the attic, checked it out and took pictures for me to see the evidence of the critters who had invaded! Of course I wasn't happy, so I had them fix the issues. But, first they took the time to set traps in the attic and came back 3-4 times to check them before they sealed the problems. I took out a contract with them. When they came out this year to renew the contract and check the access problems to be sure they were still were still fixed, I renewed the contract again. Then, a few weeks later I called them to come out because I kept hearing a noise that seemed to come from outside and seemed to be something trying to get inside my home! The technician came right away and took care of the problem. I haven't heard any suspicious noises since! I love these guys! They are great!"
