"We found Georgia Rodent Removal on Angi and had a superior experience after seeing a bat indoors. Chad responded within minutes of my request(which was on a Sunday). He explained that if he found something there was no inspection charge and quoted me a very reasonable inspection fee if he didn't find anything. We didn't have any signs of a bat or bat droppings. His professionalism and educational attitude made working with him very easy and even enjoyable. I hope to never need him again, but if I do he's the only one I'll call."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"Started using Calvin and Absolute crew about 8ish years ago and they did a great job of sealing up access points and getting rid of bugs. Use them at two properties now. Would definitely recommend!"

"It went extremely well. The representative was very knowledgeable about the issue (rats getting into crawlspace) and took the time to inspect both the exterior *and interior* of both our crawlspace and attic and design a solution. They also followed up quickly to seal our crawlspace and set up a schedule to come check the traps.

"Extremely Professional & Excellent Customer Service! I first spoke with the owner, Nick, who then came out to my house regarding the bats in our attic. All my questions & concerns were answered, but most importantly the genuine concern Nick expressed in making sure my house was done right the first time. We researched many companies in the area, but decided with GA PAWS due to the level of trust I felt when meeting the owner, credentials, insurance coverage, warranty on service, and competitive price. Service was completed, employees were knowledgeable & professional, & the BATS are gone!"

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

To keep animals out, you must prevent them from entering. As long as they can get in, the problem will persist. That said, consider making your attic less inviting using deterrents like motion-activated lights or ultrasonic devices. Additionally, keeping a well-maintained, clean, and uncluttered attic that you regularly inspect for activity may make the space less attractive to critters.

Woodpeckers usually feed on homes when there is a food source present, and termites are one possible source. However, the presence of woodpeckers doesn’t necessarily mean there are termites. They may also be feeding on more harmless insects like ants or spiders. If woodpeckers seem drawn to one particular part of your home’s siding, it might be worth hiring a termite inspector to check for the presence of these pesky critters.

Yes, in some cases if your damper is left open, animals can come down your chimney. In these instances, it’s more likely that they have fallen in while looking for a safe spot rather than entered your house intentionally. Leaving your damper closed or installing a chimney cap can prevent animals from coming inside.

Once the animals and their young are out of the house, remove the nest and locate any entry points. Some may be difficult to find because some animals can fit through very small holes. Once you’ve located as many entry points as possible, use materials such as metal or masonry to block off the entry. Ideally, you should choose materials that most animals cannot chew through. Create a one-way door or flap to allow animals to leave but not return. Additional methods include using repellants designed to make an area unappealing to the types of animals that find your home so inviting.

Maintain sealed entry points, use deterrents like spikes or sonic devices, and keep areas clean to discourage nesting.
