"John from Natures Balance worked tirelessly to rid my home of rats. He went above and beyond in correcting all the places that Rats and other creatures could get inside. He was respectful and careful with my pets to assure that they were safe and they did not get outside or in the basement . He worked all over the exteriorof my home and roof. His quote was more reasonable than my pest control service. The other companies tried to take advantage of me using my fear of rats. John thoughtfully explained the nature of the problem and his estimate was very reasonable. He also cleaned up the mess that the rats caused. He updated me daily until the problem was solved. My home is safer now."

"Chad was professional. Offered good background and critter control information."

"I would strongly recommend the professionals at ACE Wildlife Service. They were able to come out quickly to handle my bird issue and prevent their return. Communication was top-notch, and the pricing was affordable. Very satisfied with the service!"

"After moving into my house a few weeks ago, I recently found a birds nest over my porch. Afraid that their may be an egg in it, I dare not to disturb it. However the birds at night started to drive me crazy. After contacting Calvin about it, he came out two days later to not only remove the nest, but also install spikes over both of my pillars to prevent the birds from building again. It was a beautiful sight seeing the birds attempt to come home the night of my service, and fly around in circles, confused. The service was quick and professional. The team even surprisingly pressure washed the dried up bird poop on my porch. It's very hard to find the customer service and support that I received from Absolute Exterminating Services. I'll definitely refer this team to anyone looking for pest control."

"Dave was excellent, very professional, he explained everything he did for us. I've had similar services in the past that were about 50% more expensive than Dave's service. We immediately saw a drastic reduction in the amount of wasps around our house. They were almost completely gone. Over a month has gone by and we still rarely see a wasp in our backyard. I highly recommend this provider for wasp control.

The only thing that wasn't spot on was his punctuality. I was given a two hour window which went by without a call. When I called I was told that he had a call that went long, which is understandable, but I would have appreciated a heads up. No big deal.
