John from Natures Balance worked tirelessly to rid my home of rats. He went above and beyond in correcting all the places that Rats and other creatures could get inside. He was respectful and careful with my pets to assure that they were safe and they did not get outside or in the basement . He worked all over the exteriorof my home and roof. His quote was more reasonable than my pest control service. The other companies tried to take advantage of me using my fear of rats. John thoughtfully explained the nature of the problem and his estimate was very reasonable. He also cleaned up the mess that the rats caused. He updated me daily until the problem was solved. My home is safer now.

John did such an excellent job! He is a real expert when it comes to critter control. His work ethics and workmanship is outshined only by his friendly demeanor. He answered all my questions, and I could have talked to him for hours because he is so knowledgeable — his carpentry background and other building skills were also apparent — he fixed my gutters guards, and probably other things he forgot to even mention, just because he saw they needed to be done. He pointed out some electrical work that is not to code and also needs to be re-done due to squirrel damage. His price was very reasonable, too — about 1/3 of a previous quote for the same job. You will be so glad to have John on your side if you have squirrels, rats or other pests in your living space.

John Smith "Batman" took very well care of the problem. He was clean and neat. He did a wonderful guaranteed work. I personally went up there to check the work to remove the bats and he left everything cleaned. He sealed from the outside and our wildlife move out without any problems. John responded quickly to my call and it was just the time needed for my bats to leave my home using his seclusion device. John had the time to explain to me how everything work and his wide experience came along well to get the results I desired. The ñrice was way more affordable compared with other 5 companies who came and quote saying I had problems with my siding and other extra unnecessary charges. John was precise and effective. Small animal control

John was willing to take the job others were not and was able to completely remove the dead rodent nest in my house flue pipe. He did everything he could to minimize cost. I tipped him beyond the quoted price as job ended up being much more complicated than he anticipated.

We had been working with another company for four months but they were unable to solve our issue. John from Natures Balance came over the same day we requested a quote. He inspected our home and pointed out trouble areas with the work done by the previous Company. He completed the work and even offered to contact the company and provide pictures of the incomplete work. We are extremely happy to be rid of the unwanted pests and highly recommend this company.

John was very personable and hard working. We had moles digging up a large part of our front yard. John used castor oil and detergent on the front yard. Four days later, we saw one dead mole and new tunnel diggings not only in the front yard but the back yard as well. I ordered some more castor oil and sprayed front, sides and back yard. I also put pieces of fruit chewing gum in some of the tunnels. I hope they will move on to another area. It is an expensive process to hire someone to remove moles. This past spring we used a company that used traps. Trapped two moles.

We had problem with squirrels in our attic, and called John. He came out, quickly saw some ways that they were getting in, and gave us a very reasonable estimate, plus a year's guarantee. He came when he said, and made sure that all the entry points were secured, including making a custom door to the crawl space and replacing rotten wood where needed. Would definitely recommend him.

Went to HomeAdvisor to get help with a mole/vole problem. Ended up selecting Nature's Balance on the weight of good reviews. Was contacted by John shortly thereafter and he gave me my options and prices for each. I really liked that he recommended the cheaper non-toxic solution so I made an appointment for that Saturday. John came during the appointment window on time and was super helpful. It turns out that his business doesn't deal with moles/voles but he came out anyway! He also told me that he wasn't able to find the necessary materials to deal with the moles, but he gave me all the equipment and instructions on how to deal with them myself. I really felt he went above and beyond when he didn't have too and helped me out with how to deal with the moles. I would absolutely recommend based on how he treated me! Do yourself a favor and just give John a call!
