"Breda came out and used a laser thermometer to find where the tree rats had nested in our basement and attic.  They were on time, clean cut, and friendly.  
They then sent out a team to seal up the house along the roofline and several entry points.
The tree rats in the attic were immediately taken care of.
The rats in the basement proved more crafty, and were able to find new ways into the house.
But Breda kept coming back with different traps, and additional methods of sealing the house, until the rats were gone.
We didn't care how it was done, we just wanted the rats gone, and Breda did the job.
We also use them for regular pest control, and have been happy with the results as well (no roaches!).

"We have a warranty for a period of time. We got two other quotes that were significantly higher. We had two other instances. The people who owned the house before us apparently had a significant issue and they blew insulation in to cover it up so it was not discovered in the home inspection. When these issues started popping out, we had squirrels try to enter in other areas. I do not know enough about squirrels to know if it is bad that they had to come back out or if it is normal. They are responsive. They come back out and I have a two year guarantee and then after that, I have to annually repurchase the guarantee. I have the repairman’s cell number so I am not going through the company. I text Carl directly and he is usually out in three days. So, his responsiveness is great. The thing they could do differently is to have the squirrels not come back."
