Brandon took my money ($400) and promised services on an agreed period of time. He then disappeared, didn?t respond to messages, and didn?t show up when promised. After 4 months of back and forth, and no resolution, he agreed to a refund (partial). Although I?ve sent messages to him, I have not received any refund. Do not hire this man.

Unfortunately Brandon is incredibly difficult to get in touch with. He has no called, no showed on me multiple times. He has now ghosted me after we made an agreement for goods for services trade. I literally cannot get in touch with him through phone calls or texts and he won't respond to my husband, either. I would find someone else who does the same work and will communicate and show up.

Brandon was prompt, courteous and thorough in developing the best approach to removing the squirrels in my attic. Despite some follow up scheduling challenges for both of us (life always gets a scheduling vote, right?), he came back out when requested, and finished the job after verifying no further squirrel activity in the attic. He also provided me with useful tips to monitor the situation and will follow up with a 6 month on-site recheck during squirrel breeding season. Really appreciate Brandon’s dedication and expertise to resolve the issue. Highly recommended! -Brent

We had a serious rodent problem that had been left unchecked in our home for years by the previous homeowner. Our entire insulation was full of rodent droppings and smelled horrible. In addition to full insulation replacement, we had A Plus Wildlife Control seal the entire house where the animals were entering and living. We have peace of mind not hearing the constant scratching of animals in our attic and our new insulation is clean. On February 14 I contacted Brandon for a dead squirrel in my attic. He came out within a couple of days to inspect. He was unable to access the squirrel so he took my gutter down an placed an out-only trap on the facia board so that any remaining squirrels would leave and not be able to return. I paid him a 50% deposit of $575, to patch a and repair all points of entry. He said he would come back once he was certain all squirrels were out of the house. Now, 7 months later... countless phone calls and texts, the work has not been done. To be clear, all of the work to be done is outside. I told him to come ANYTIME as he does not need access to the inside of my house. I have been on his schedule 11 times according to my text but he never shows up. He never calls to cancel, he just does not show. It has rain, COVID, his family... All of these are reasonable grounds for cancellation, but 7 months is way beyond reason. Originally I was going to do more work, the money I paid was a deposit, but when I told Brandon I would have to stick to the basics meaning I was now paid in full, he never came back. This has never happened to me. I have never written a negative review in my life... I am a single mother with 2 kids and I feel as if I have been taken advantage of. After writing the review, Brandon came out to do the repair. He did a fraction of the work that he was supposed to do and in the process trapped a squirrel inside my wall. I have a video record of it inside my wall. I would advise anyone seeking service from this company to look elsewhere.

"You canceled your agreement 3 weeks past the 3 day grace period and told us to stay away due to COVID. Your agreement states that cancelation after the grace period would result in a 25% fee of the balance due. Which I did not charge you. It also states that deposits are non refundable. When I sealed the hole that we agreed to for the deposit you paid the squirrel found a new access because as you said, just do the basics. Which was 2 holes. Your agreement also states that we do not guarantee partial exclusions. When you chose to do the minimum, the problem will continue."

They were very friendly and efficient. They also took the time to explain to me more about bats and how awesome they are...just not in my attic or the attic vent. The chased the bats out then seal the attic vent forcing them to relocate.

"I do want the money. I want the money owed to my business for the three trips we have made to your property where the tenant was a no show and the traps were clear. I do care about my business. Thats why we stopped going to your property and wasting our time. The work we did is fantastic. Thats why we aren't catching anything and thats why you didnt complain about our work. Your house is falling apart. As stated in the agreement we have, your warranty will be void if the necessary repairs arent made. Until that is addressed we will continue to not go to your property. Today was the last free visit."

I hired Brandon to remove some bats out of the louvers in the attic area of my house. I was very impressed by his knowledge, and he started right away. However, what he stated in his contract would take a week to 2 weeks to complete, we are now on week 6 and the work is not completed. I have texted him and called him to no avail. Unfortunately, he requires half to book the appointment and the other half upon beginning. So now, I need to either sue him to get the money back or cut my losses.

"This review was placed after two rain delays in order to receive free work that was not originally agreed upon in our contract. The free work was trimming and painting that we do not typically do on most jobs of this type. The free work and the job itself was completed well within the time period most jobs take. We specifically state in our agreements that we do not guarantee completion dates. Our work was in progress. She could always get ahold of me and she was always on my schedule. We also have an office line that she never called. She would only text my cell phone. She was more concerned with painting then our safety."

We had a possum get into our roof. Aplus was really helpful in repairing the soffet to prevent more invaders doing other preventive measures. Super friendly and helpful. I recommend to anyone with pest control issues.

"I'm sorry you feel that way. We stand by all of our work. Your job just came to an end at the end of March. Less than two weeks ago. Your agreement states you must call if you feel the wildlife has returned. Instead of calling you left this poor review and voided your agreement by calling another contractor out. We will fix any issues covered under our agreement. We just need you stick to the terms as stated. A Plus Wildlife Control has a five star rating for good reason."
