"Our house was built in the 1940's and had the original cast iron and some of the original fixtures. We contract to have them completely remodel the downstairs bathroom. The layout of the original bathroom was awkwardly designed and it did not allow for aging in place. We met with the estimator and the plumbers to design a bathroom that will allow us to stay in this home as we age. They completely gutted the bathroom and replaced all the cast iron pipes and old copper water lines. They installed and completed the drywall and mud process, painted the walls, installed new cabinets, fixtures, accessories and artwork. They also installed a new bathroom door and the hardware. We loved what they did with this bathroom so much that we contracted with them to remodel the upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom is much smaller and had the original cast iron tub and fixtures including the commode, as well as cast iron drain pipes and old copper lines. They came in and gutted this bathroom and installed a tub that is big enough for my 6'2" teens to soak in when they want to take a bath. They completed the drywall and mud process, painted the walls, installed new fixtures, cabinets, accessories and artwork. They also installed a new bathroom door and hardware and a new window treatment. During the demolition of the two bathrooms, the plumbers took steps to keep the debris and dust out of the rest of the house. They hung plastic, lined the hardwood floors with protective paper, carried off their trash and swept up everyday before leaving. When we began to remodel our kitchen, we could only think of one contractor that we would want to use for the plumbing and installation of the new fixtures. While the walls were open, they came and replaced all the cast iron pipes and drains and installed a new dishwasher drain. Once the cabinets had been installed, they came back and installed the new kitchen faucet, an ice-maker line and the dishwasher. They were always on time and kept to the timeline agreed upon at the beginning of each job. We would recommend them to others and will definitely call them for all our future plumbing needs."

"Greg and his employees did an amazing job!! From start to finish it took three days and if you had saw our crawlspace I didn't think anything could be done. Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. "Other than install issues, quite well.  David and Krista Brewster are both very professional business owners.  Their product is excellent and in general their installers are quite good, however getting the installers to understand how you want an install done seemed problematic. I wanted ALL lines installed behind new kitchen cabinets as I believed ALL equipment was going to fit in mechanical closet.  Did not learn of half of equipment was going to be installed under the sink and additional lines needed to be laid INSIDE the cabinets drilling holes in cabinet sides and supply lines exposed at the back of the cabinets.  There were several phone call made to the owner and his install manager by me and my finish carpenter to make doubly sure the lines were all in so cabinets could be fitted to their final positions.  Installers came in early to install drain line before the cabinets went in and did a great job.  They were asked then if any additional lines needed to be installed and the answer was always "no".  When asked why they didn't install the filtered water lines at the same time, they said "no one told us to."  As of this writing, awaiting an adjustment from David Brewster for the problem. Will update when all is done.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"From start to finish, Jeff with Raisecrete was the consummate professional. When he showed up, on time, to give me a quote on some repair work I need done on our foundation walls, he performed a complete and thorough inspection of our crawlspace. He pointed out that water was getting into our crawlspace, that I knew nothing about. That was the main reason for the cracks in the foundation. Jeff also pointed out the massive cracks and uneven concrete on our patio. Jeff had given me a ballpark quote over the phone for the foundation repair and when I received his full proposal for the entire scope of work, the ballpark quote wasn't that much different the the proposal which did include mudjacking the patio and waterproofing the crawl space. I had other quotes on waterproofing your crawlspace and the other companies wanted to let the water in the crawlspace and add a sump pump. Jeff did it the way I preferred and excavated outside the foundation wall, added drains, coated the exterior wall and added a membrane to keep water from entering my crawlspace.When the work was completed Jeff told me that he had used carbon fiber strips on the foundation wall cracks with a lifetime warranty. After it rained I went into our crawlspace and there's not a drop of water under there. I feel a lot more comfortable about keeping the water out instead of letting it in and pumping out. I will highly recommend Jeff and Raisecrete to anyone in need of these services."
