Left the workplace a mess. Actually rubbed silicone caulk all over my door frame and left it there. There was dirt everywhere. They charged me for driving to and from the site and to shop for supplies. These people are HIGHLY dishonest and charged me $1550 to install a vanity. This is the definition of taking advantage of people. I thought we had hired them before so I called again but this was the worst experience. For $1550 I could’ve gotten half the plumbing in my walls replaced from a different quote. I was essentially robbed. $190/hr for driving and shopping and taking a break. The owner called me about the bill and claimed that it was actually a good deal. Horrible, horrible people.

The two guys that showed up were top notch, polite and professional. They found my problem quickly and repaired properly. They even fixed a couple things I did not realize were not up to par. They kept me informed at each stage of the repair. I was really impressed by them.

They didn't show up as scheduled. They didn't tell me that they'd phone me 15 minutes before scheduled arrival time & if I didn't answer the phone they wouldn't show up! If that was to be their approach it would have been nice to have been informed of that. I mean a customer could be in the shower or working in the yard or unable to answer the phone (& not even know there had been a phone call) for any number of reasons. Now, because of poor communication & unreliability, I have wasted precious time waiting for a plumber who never arrived. I phoned Keefe to express my disappointment with this flawed business practice. I could help Keefe with a solution, but my business consulting time, like Keefe's plumbing time, is not free!

"Thank you for the feedback. Our service software tracks our calls. We called at 8:11 AM and again at 8:25 AM to make sure someone was home. Unfortunately we can not risk driving to a service call without confirmation. We have learned through 69 years in the service business that thing come up and sometimes people do not remember to reschedule with their plumber."

Minor Repairs to 3 Toilets: The plumbing staff are polite and professional. That is where the good stops with Keefe Plumbing. My bill was $356.80. I had cash, but the plumbers did not have change. I offered them $300 cash and for them to bill me for $56.80. They would not bill me. She said I could pay by credit card, but the plumbing staff was able to to that either. I ended up having to drive 30 miles one way to take them my $356.80 payment. While I can attest to the complete professionalism of the 2 plumbers that completed my repairs, I will absolutely never hire Keefe Plumbing again because of the poor customer service of the office staff.

Good work, but more expensive than I expected. They charged me for time to install the wrong size disposal, then guy had to leave so he sent for another plumber to come and bring the correct size unit, remove the wrong one and install correct size. I would think he could see that my sink is a deep sink versis regular sink before he installed the wrong one. How is his error my expense? I had to pay for 3.5 hours of labor for what should've been a 2 hour job. The faucet repair was quick and simple and he did a great job with it.

Roger responded the same day I called and was right on time. He was very polite and did a great job. He had to cut into the dry wall to reach the faucet and then strapped it down to the stud as it should have been done during construction. The only drawback was the charge included time for him to get back to the shop. That should be part of the overhead for the company and not the customer. Overall it was a great job and I will call them again for plumbing problems.

The plumbers who arrived on time quickly determined I had an electrical problem, not a sump pump problem. They found a temporary solution to bring power to my sump pump to keep my basement from being a swimming pool while I go looking for an electrician. I've saved Keefe Plumbing and Heating's number in my phone and will certainly call them again.

Once again, Keefe Plumbing to the rescue! I called them because my outside faucet was leaking. Not only did they fix that, but on the way out fro. Underneath my house, they noticed a leak on my main water line! The plumber let me know about it and fixed it on the spot! I didn't even know it was there! Great job!!

I called that morning and they sent professional plumbers out the same day to install my new water heater. The plumbers were very courteous and professional. They left the area spotless and hauled off my old water heater for me. They included the paperwork to the water heater and a sticker with the company's name and phone number so that years down the road we know who to call! I will definitely use them again!!

Fantastic. Keefe supplied the new gas water heater and installed it in one afternoon. They came out quickly even though the heater died right before Christmas!!!! Ask for David & Caleb. They are experienced, honest and knowledgeable. They replaced the worn out water heater in one afternoon and even removed the old one. It works perfectly. They helped us deal with the evil Home Warranty company who tried every way in the world to get out of paying for the insured appliance. Experience matters. Honesty matters. I highly recommend Keefe.
