Charles does great work , he removed my garden tub and installed a walk-in tub and removed my old shower and installed a fantastic walk-in shower with glass doors. I highly recommend tubs and more

Resurfaced a shower. It looks fantastic! Company could do a better job with communication. We moved everything from the shower, but didn't know that the coating would go everywhere in our bathroom. Door knobs now have a film on them as well as other surfaces in the bathroom. I would have taken everything out of the bathroom had I known. The service man did not communicate what would be happening, such as going through our bedroom to open a window to put a large exhaust pipe out the window. I am not upset, but communication could have been much better.

We had a hall bathroom vanity and tub/shower refinished, wife's bathroom vanity refinished, jacuzzi tub converted into a soaker tub and refinished including refinishing the marble skirt around the tub and the man's bathroom vanity refinished and walk-in shower refinished. Tubs & More did an outstanding job. Charles was great to work with. The company's work helped us to quickly sell our house.

Repaired shower. On time, no mess left behind. Scheduled about a week out. Amazing customer service. Exceeded expectations.

Full tub resurface took about 3-4 hours. End result looks fantastic and they have a 3 year warranty on the work. So much better than installing a new one!

Add on charge for trip after the work. Did not mention a trip charge when setting up the appt. Also late arriving!

They came on the day and time promised. Work was completed in the time frame of their estimate and the bathroom transformation is excellent.

Very professional, all parts of the project were completed as contracted and it is beautiful.

They completed the job in about 3 & 1/2 hours,could have been less had the worker,not made so many trips to his truck...I suggest they get a big tool box & carry what's needed to do the job in at one time...Right now the tub looks great,but time will tell,you should do a follow up on it a year from now....I had another company do one for me & a year later it was pealing..Over all they did it fast & looks good...Joe C.
