"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. "Greg and his team provided us excellent service and we are very pleased with the results.      Our home is old (1890) and the crawl space was very very cluttered and full of debris, hanging wires etc.  Greg's team did an exceptional job of cleaning up the space, repairing the foundation then encapsulating the very large crawlspace area.  At the end of the project, I went underneath the house with Greg and inspected all of the work. The attention to detail was very impressive. We can now easily access the crawlspace, which I was afraid to go near before, and have ample storage space that is clean, dry and well lit. The crawl space is also now totally secure thanks to the two new doors he installed, which can each be padlocked.
