I am noticing a difference in the temperature of the house with reduced cooling costs, and expect the same on my heating costs. My insulation and floor joists are no longer moist and susceptible to mold. My heating and cooling ductwork will last longer with the humidity gone from the area. The dehumidifiers Greg put in do not run continuously, they will cycle off once the humidity desired point is reached. My hardwood flooring will not buckle in the future due to excessive humidity. My vents are now permanently sealed so rodents can't come into the house in the winter. I have peace of mind knowing my home is more protected with an encapsulation. It is a no brainer product in that it is a good investment all around. I would highly recommend Greg and his team at the Crawl Space Doctor. He has been doing encapsulations for years and is an expert in the field. His team does the work, but he personally oversees the project. "They did a great job cleaning all the tile and stone for the coupon price of $99 and offered to apply a seal for $50 more. My experience with stone and tile sealer is that it enhances the look of the stone and the colors pop but this didn't happen with this sealer so a little disappointed in that as the first time my stone was sealed it really came out beautifully.  I'll probably buy some stone sealer at Home Depot or Lowe's and apply it myself.  I recommend the tile cleaning offered but wouldn't opt to get it sealed again.

"Very good experience with this company, the owner came out June 25th and took a look at everything and gave an estimate.  Let us know it would be the end of the following week before they could get to it.  We did have pretty bad storms the beginning of the following week so I didn't call to find out when they were going to show; however, I got a call on July 5th and they would be there soon.  Cut the tree with no problem taking care to drive their truck around the septic tank. We asked they leave about 10 feet of tree - it's on the edge of a hill and we need the root system, this was no problem.  They cleaned up as much as we wanted and were done is several hours. Very professional - will definitely use them again."
