(So the door’s Jackshaft is rotated by the opener rather than a center opener pulling/ pushing the door). When open, the door is completely out of the way and there is no opener in the middle of my ceiling either. Nothing blocking my garage lights or ceiling fans. Installation took 1/2 day. Working with Northgate was painless. They were very professional and not pushy like another big garage door company in Chattanooga."
