I would without hesitation recommended Sam and his company to my neighbors. On top of their good work, they warranty their what they have replaced for 1-year, which was never offered by other bidders. I had wind damage from the last hurricane but could not get Sam because he was so busy his schedule was 1-1/2 months out, so I had to get someone else. Sam is very busy at times but well worth the wait for getting a job well done. Next time I will wait however long. Good job!"

Using caulk is one of the simplest and most recommended methods to finish glass tile edges. It creates an elegant seam between the glass tile and the adjacent area, along with a waterproof seal. With this method, you want to use a caulk color that matches the grout and, along with the grout, compliments the tile. Make sure the caulk line is smooth and even. Alternatively, you can use a bullnose or tile trimming to edge, however, that will also require caulk to seal.

Rubbing alcohol on its own will not remove scratches from glass. You can, however, combine rubbing alcohol with baking soda—in a one-to-one mixed ratio—to create a paste that will help get minor scratches out of glass.

You can buy DIY mirror repair kits to carry out minor repairs on mirrors, but we don’t recommend it. Repairing and resilvering mirrors is a delicate process that involves caustic chemicals and demands a high level of precision for positive results. The materials will likely cost over $100, meaning you won’t be saving that much over hiring a professional.
