Not good at all. The guy wasn’t on time by arriving close to 30 minutes later. Didn’t do an overall inspection of his work when finished, as least to let me know of any discrepancy or incomplete work before heading out; or to make sure I was happy with the work. He overcharged me for work he said he was going to do according to a phone video of the covered area to be done as requested from him before coming over to my house. When I contacted him the first time, his estimated work price was twice as much in comparison with others competitors. I already knew not to hire him and ended up giving the work to someone else but unfortunately that person couldn’t make it do to the travel perimeter not being closer to him; and that’s when I decided to call back this guy and give him a chance. He finally agreed to compete with others estimated prices I already had and was willing to have the work done for me. Personally I think he’s hungry for money regardless of the customers needs.

The stretching went very well. There was an issue with one of the carpets due to its old age but Alex managed to get it looking acceptable in spite of that. I only have this one experience with his company but my overall impression is that they are trustworthy, honest and hard-working. I would definitely use them again.

Alex was amazing! We had him tear out our old carpet and replace it with new carpet on our second floor. He was able to come and complete the job with very short notice, and it was done in one day! His price was very reasonable, way under what the large stores are charging, and with the timing, he cannot be beat! He even picked out the carpet for us and chose a beautiful color that matches our other flooring perfectly. He was very professional and easy to work with! We will definitely hire him again the next time we have any flooring needs.
