I shopped around for months trying to find the right people who could take care of the entire job (some didn’t include materials, dumpster, etc). CRO handled everything and they had the most competitive pricing. Peter and his guys showed up promptly every morning and worked well into the evening. My husband Bill and I are extremely pleased with the service and quality of products we received from Creative Remodeling of Orlando when renovating our home. Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. After looking for a year trying to find a quality licensed contractor who could take on enclosing my screen porch into a 4 season sun room I came across Creative Remodeling. Other offers were way to high or the person was inexperienced. Brian and his team were professional and accommodating. Sorry I didn't find them sooner for other projects like windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

Creative Remodeling, under the direction of Brian Hoover, completed the re-siding of my home in the most professional, efficient, and beautiful way. From the very first meeting with Brian Hoover, I was impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism, and his guidance on how best to remodel my house. The team of skilled workers were polite, professional, and thorough in their work. I was so very pleased with the whole experience. But here's another accolade for Creative Remodeling: After the siding was completed, I had the house painted by an excellent painter who has worked for me for years. When I wrote him the check for the painting, he said, "Lezlie, just want you to know that the company who did your siding is first rate. I've seen a lot of re-siding jobs, and this one is really excellent. They did the job right." Isn't that high praise?? Thank you all for your excellent service!

One man crew completed project in one day. No complaints. Screen insert with kick-plates and door. Finished job looks great and built to last.

Windows were mounted in concrete block. One man crew replaced all three with double pane sliders including argon gas and low-e class. One day job for all three windows. Project went smooth, no complaints.

The front of our home is frame construction, the sides and rear are concrete block. A 2 man crew showed up every day and worked a full day. Area was cleaned every evening. New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaints.

The project went incredibly well from start to finish. The salesman, Brian, was responsive, professional, and super easy to work with. Most notable are three things. Firstly, Brian nailed the estimate. When it came time to do the work, I never once received a change order or request for more more money. This is highly impressive on a project with so many variables and unpredictable obstacles. It isn't that obstacles didn't come up, it was that the crew just worked through them as they did. Secondly, the estimate was very reasonable. Fortunately, my house is literally a rectangular cube without much architectural interest. Nonetheless, I was happy with the price. Thirdly, the crew was awesome. A tight nit group of three guys who work incredibly well together. Add another guy to that crew, and he'd just be in the way. Anyone who has ever managed teams will appreciate the efficiency and good humor with which these guys work. They showed up on time every day. They worked while they were there. They asked questions when they had them. They tended to the details at the end of the project. They genuinely wanted things to go well and look great. And the result was better than I could have imagined. The house went from being an 80's stucco nightmare with rotting siding, to being a great little cottage-y looking place. For me, this was a big project. Plenty could have gone south. Nothing did. It's the kind of experience you hope for, but rarely have. I'd recommend these guys all day long.

Poor. Multiple delays and poor workmanship. We had this same company do our entire house several years ago and the work was impeccable. This time was a mistake. Mis-orders on the windows; damaged goods on site, and then shoddy installs. Really disappointed. If you hire this company watch them every step of the way.

The front bay area (3 windows) needed new windows and frames; the surrounding areas needed repair/replacement. Creative Remodeling of Orlando response was timely and the price reasonable. A great job neatly performed. All the workers were professional, informative and pleasant. A+ !

Brian came out and listened attentively to what I wanted to accomplish with replacing my front and back porch ceilings. I explained that I wanted to remove the existing ceilings, and replace them with material that I could pressure wash. Based on his experience, he recommended a siding that would be best for what I wanted to accomplish. I was concerned with a rippling effect, but he said that the siding should not ripple, but he said he could brace the ceiling with wood which would definitely prevent this. He left the decision up to me. I also explained that I had a beam that had rotted. He noticed that one of my support posts needed to be replaced as well. And finally, I wanted to replace the porch lights. He was very patient answering all my questions, and said he would give me a call with the quote within a couple of days. Since I had been trying to get someone to do the job for over a year, I braced myself for another disappointing quote. I'm happy to say that his price was the second best over the past year. I gladly accepted it and within a couple of weeks, work started and after 3 half days, the ceiling portion was completed. On the second day I took a picture of something that didn't look right, and when the guys came out the next day, they had fixed it. Next, the electrician that works with Creative Remodeling came out and did all seven lights on my porches in a half day. When all was said and done, it was EXACTLY what I had hoped for. A month after the job was finished, I called Brian for a recommendation on a garage door opener, and he recommended someone that I eventually had do the job. I would definitely suggest giving him a call for any remodeling job. If we decide to close in our back porch, he will be the first one I call. They did a good, no EXCELLENT job!! quick, professional, excellent job

I bought a house about a year ago and to say that the patio doors were jury-rigged would be an understatement. Most professionals that saw the contraption simply scratched their heads. Besides being ugly, it was a complete security risk (doors could be easily pried open. First a quote from a big name window maker for about $10,000, but they wanted me to do all the subcontracting myself (to repair the super sloppy home brew job). That was a non-starter. Then I called CRO. I met with Brian and he provided me with several options. He selected a really nice 4 panel sliding door from PGT. He also included the re-framing of the door opening as well as closing up a useless window opening at the top of the door. I dealt with Brian throughout the project. He kept in contact to make sure everything was going well. The team they sent was clearly experienced. They were efficient and clean. The job took 2 days including the repainting of the patio exterior. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work performed and several neighbors have commented on the quality of the craftsmanship. I will definitely use them again based on this experience.

Their painter Adam arrived on time and was very meticulous. Cleaned everything up and covered all of the details. They completed the painting within one week. They were polite. I would highly recommend them.

Mark was such a pleasure to work with.  He has a great thing going with Creative Remodeling of Orlando.  We had a few other window quotes, but Mark came in significantly lower.  Not only was his price spot on, but his service and professionalism were untouchable.  Mark stayed in constant communication throughout our project and still is checking in to make sure we are satisfied!  He scheduled the permit inspection which was handled without a hitch, which was so very helpful.  We would recommend Mark and his team to everyone and anyone we can tell about.

They have an excellent team that has been with them for 25 years. We signed a contract for the siding & a few repairs. It took them 9 full days to completely take off the old siding, replace the necessary items, and redo the siding. They came everyday at 6:30 and started promptly at 7. They brought their own generator & dumpster. They checked were the sprinklers were so the dumpster didn't damage anything. They were absolutely fabulous!!

I contacted Creative Remodeling in early April about installing vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and replacing an old gutter.  Brian came out on the 6th of April and gave me the estimate.  In going over the work plan he pointed out things he had included to be done that I had not even thought about.  This included opening up the soffit for better ventilation and replacing a long run of soffit along my patio room overlooking he pool. The reason being that the old soffit had been installed wrong as Brian explained to me.  Given Brian's even keel demeanor and professional approach to making and explaining the estimate.  I was comfortable that CRO had earned all the high ratings I had seen on Angie's List.  From other research,  I felt that the price for the work was well with in reason.  Even more surprising was the fact that there was no partial payment required up front.  In fact I paid for the work about a week after the entire project was completed.  In signing up for the work, Brian did explain that it would be a few weeks before they would start due to a major effort they were working on at the time.  This was not a problem for me so the contract was signed

The day before starting the job, Greg and two of the crew came by and dropped of two trailers with equipment needed to do the work.  The next morning the five member crew arrived shortly before 7 am and by 1 pm had completed about 60% of the work,  If one of the workers had not felt ill, they might have completed the total job in one day.  Everyone was working like beavers while doing a very professional installation.  There was no cutting corners here.  The next day, they again arrived about 7 am and finished up the vinyl siding etc.by the early afternoon. The gutter installation was done separately a week later by another individual, I am well pleased with final result.  I should have done this years ago as many of my neighbors did. Much less up keep to the outside of the house and added insulation to reduce the heat load.

I can't say enough about the whole crew as to their courtesy, quality of work and dedication to getting the job done right. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Could not have been more pleased with the professional work done and the expertise of the CRO salesman/general contractor, Brian. This job required multiple inspections, scheduling of different work crews, and coordinating lots of details. Brian made things flow smoothly, on time, and was very responsive to answering questions and offering helpful suggestions. He always kept us informed of when workers would be coming and didn't get upset when we had to move the sunroom 4' over from our original location because Orange County changed a requirement from when we originally built the house. He also didn't get frazzled when this change resulted in modifying the rear wall opening into the new sunroom. Customer service could not have been better. The quality of the work done could not have been better. The workers who made it happen worked well together as a team and respected each others' expertise and skill. They worked hard while on the job, came when they were scheduled to come, seldom took breaks, cleaned up after themselves, and took pride in their work all of which is reflected in our beautifully remodeled home. Friends who saw the transformation of our home were impressed with the workmanship and blown away by the end result. I would definitely recommend CRO to anyone wanting to remodel their home, replace windows or have other home repair/renovations made at a fair price and done by an ethical and dependable company. We are thrilled with our remodel. It has transformed our home into a clean, fresh, inviting place to live, and the sunroom  addition that flows as part of the house brings nature to our doorstep.
