"I highly recommend Creative Remodeling of Orlando (CRO). They were my second quote for window and sliding-glass-door replacements, from two Angie?s List companies. I liked my encounter and bid from the first company, however, decided to go with CRO due to a lower price (for like-quality materials) which allowed me to increase the number of windows replaced, and because CRO also installed siding and windows for two of my friends who highly recommended the company. From our first meeting to review my needs, Mark McGrath was very calming and continued to be easily contactable and made time to help me with my decisions (which morphed a few times). Once I?d nailed my decisions and the order was placed for the windows to be constructed, the wait time was short even though we were smack dab in the Thanksgiving holiday period. As soon as the windows were received at CRO, Mark scheduled the install. CRO?s staff was very competent, efficient, neat, paid attention to detail, friendly, and courteous. The window-sealing the framing look very nice. One of the workers even helped me by repairing one of my un-replaced screen doors. Mark took care of permits and inspections. After the work was completed, he made a special visit to provide filled-in paperwork to send to Duke Energy for energy credits and clarified what needed to be mailed off to register for the window warranty. What a delight to have the new energy-efficient south-facing windows so we can sit at our normal seats at the table without squinting or feeling like we?re being magnifying-glass-burned AND no more wrapping paper taped to the windows!

"Excellent experience over the past three years, initially replacing 23 windows in my mid century house with hurricane impact windows, and then having Martin Toro Contracting turn a screened porch into an enclosed sunroom with impact windows. Their work was meticulous and attentive to details . The window installers took care to be sure the windows were level, seated and sealed properly and installed with minimal wall damage. Mr Toro was always present supervising and helping to install the windows. The porch to sunroom remodeling was the same. The framing was done with laser leveling to correct for the pitch of the roof. The windows were installed as above. The drywall was finished to a level 5. The trim carpenters and painters were careful and attentive to detail. In particular, Mr Toro was very approachable, always present to supervise the work and never hesitated to ensure that the finished work met my expectation. "I had 2 windows installed and the molding is very much different than the rest of the house. According to the sales person the window frame suppose to be like the existing Windows. They states they do not paint which left the window looking a mess. If you are paying this much for a window it should be done to completion. The window is not sealed somewhere because little small insects are coming through the Kitchen window. One of the Window glass is cracked from the inside of the frame which I am sure it is for all the banging to fit the window. The glass on the Kitchen window does not seem as thick as the other window from the interior. I am still waiting for them to come out and replace the glass which the last time I spoke to someone at Champion it was for February,2019. The Windows blocks the sun temperature very well. Do not expect these Windows to be like your existing Windows. I expected a complete window installation."
