They had a large crew that did the work and even worked through the rain to make sure they got it done on time and to our satisfaction. Replacing our sod was not just about price, it was about getting people that care about the job and the outcome as much as we care about it. The final result is a beautiful lawn. "Carlos exceeded our expectations. He arrived at the earliest part of the expected arrival time window. He listened attentively to my lay summary of the problem and quickly assessed and reviewed the problem and provided a detailed description of the repair. We then conducted a walk through of the remainder of the zones and addressed some previously unresolved areas that were needing additional water by way of replacing a couple of heads and recommending revising some irrigation settings. I would like Carlos to be my provider of choice starting with the irrigation system and considering him for additional services within his lines of expertise."
