As soon as the windows were received at CRO, Mark scheduled the install. CRO?s staff was very competent, efficient, neat, paid attention to detail, friendly, and courteous. The window-sealing the framing look very nice. One of the workers even helped me by repairing one of my un-replaced screen doors. Mark took care of permits and inspections. After the work was completed, he made a special visit to provide filled-in paperwork to send to Duke Energy for energy credits and clarified what needed to be mailed off to register for the window warranty. What a delight to have the new energy-efficient south-facing windows so we can sit at our normal seats at the table without squinting or feeling like we?re being magnifying-glass-burned AND no more wrapping paper taped to the windows!
