"I placed an order a couple weeks ago before reading the company reviews and was skeptical about keeping my order after seeing reviews. However I’m in the northeast and units become slim pickings at supply houses this time of year so I figured I take a chance and see what happens. I’m glad I did I ordered a 2 ton daikin heat pump for my customer and everything arrived in under a week. The delivery company that the used was excellent, no damage to any of the equipment and the put everything in the backyard for me since I was at work. I had called only once to check on my order and someone answered right away so I don’t get why people were saying no one answers and customer service is terrible that’s not what I experienced. I installed equipment and everything came as expected and fired right up. The price was actually cheaper with shipping then all the supply houses I normally use for an added bonus. I would absolutely use them again they really were great, I didn’t experience any of the negative experiences that others claim to have experienced."
