Central A/C - Service or Repair
Stay far, far away. They completely bail on you, then lie about it. They promised they'd be at my house between 5 and 10 pm, and that they'd call first. Sat by my phone all night and they never called or showed. They claimed a technician tried to call and I didn't answer, which is a lie. So now they want to reschedule for a later date, while it's over 90 degrees in my house for another night. Horrible experience.

This company showed up unannounced, trespassing into our property, and started messing with our outside AC unit WITHOUT confirming that they were at the WRONG address. To add insult to injury the technicians cussed me on their way out when I corrected they were at the wrong location. All we wanted was an apology from the technician but airtron “does not do that.” A voucher was offered for our multiple calls and video submissions of the incident. So, if they’re late to your appointment there’s a high chance they’re at the wrong address carefree as can be. This company needs a serious leadership and management skills course.

The customer service was horrible. The service tech took an hour to diagnose, went outside for an hour and then came back to tell me he was going on a lunch break when I had to get back to work. They discounted me $10 for the inconvenience. I was quoted $374 for labor alone on the repair and given the option to join service plan for $371 which I thought was coincidentally close in price. I felt I was being overcharged being that parts were still under warranty and the install of the heating strip would take less than an hour to repair

"[Member Name Removed], as I explained to you when you filed your BBB complaint against us, there is nothing wrong with the Warren heater packages. They are one of the nations largest manufacturers of electric heat packages and we use them in many brands of HVAC equipment. They are basically just a toaster element and a relay. We have occassional failures with Lennox, Trane and Carrier brands of heat packages also. We are sorry that your paticular element failed, it was covered under a 10 year parts warranty, you were responsible for the labor to replace it, which you declined through our company. I am sorry that the company you went with failed to inform you of the 10 yr part warranty."

I will continue using them because they are the ones that the builder used to install the unit. To improve their service they could be more prompt and show up within 15 minute of the scheduled time.

They are the installers for the air conditioner in the house I bought. It was in when I bought the house in 2011. They did come out and service it every 6 months. I have an agreement, no charge. So far so good, I haven't had any problems. They came out and did the service.

Ive been through so many people and they were wonderful to work with. Im happy with everything. Had no problems. I have a contract with them, they come out twice a year to get it ready for the winter and get it ready for the summer.

I have been using them for about fifteen years now. ?They are very good. If they are just doing the maintenance, cleaning the coils and such it is just one guy. ?They wear the paper booties, so they cleanup after themselves. There are people that charge less, but I trust them, so I use Airtron.

It had cost nothing because it was a part of the warranty. That had to readjust the controls because the installation didn't do the controller correctly so the computer setting were done incorrectly, so they had to redo those. Then they found some uncompleted that I didn't I have a chance to call about because I'm a caretaker. There's still incomplete work on the install, so I have to get that adjusted and fixed next week. So, basically, it was a callback from the installation it's a long process to get it adjusted correctly. I paid up a to 10-year parts and labor warranty. I bought a more expensive system to include the parts and warranty labor for 10 years. The man they sent out was real professional and explained everything that was going on and what was not done during the installation process. The workmanship was done the last time, and I'd give him an A.

We use them because they installed the equipment when the house was built. They have been doing it for 7 years now. They were very good. If there is a problem, they come out and fix it. They take responsibility for it. It is great. There price is very reasonable.
