I had to call MULTIPLE times, hours each time, for MONTHS. At the end, when I was told by phone that everything was set and fine, I NEVER GOT EMAIL RECEIPTS. Now, after a YEAR, I got a $510 fee for not completing inspections. I am LIVID."
