"I spoke to Rafael the owner on the day after Christmas as my HVAC system would cool but when we switch to heat it would kick the circuit breaker. Rafael wanted to come that day but I wanted the next day, the technicians were on time wire their mask. Found the problem was the thermostat then a problem in the circuit breaker box. The price was great that I hired them right away without getting another company to come over. They fixed the problem so far I am happy the only issue was communicating with the technicians but living in South Florida you get used to that, but their kindness and professionalism made up. "Mr. Fernando came to our house after I put my request online on the BBB for a central air conditioner changout. He was on time and very customer oriented. He respected your property as always cover his boots. When he saw our AC did not work at that time, he offer to diagnosed it for us so he checked the freon level and saw it was low so he went back to his warehouse to get the freon tank to add to our system and he even replaced a blowned compacitor(?) and was able to get the AC running. He did not want to accept our payment for the repair and he did not want us to incur big expense on replacing a new ac system immediately if this unit is still working. He also gave us an estimate for a new system so we can compare with other company estimates as we need to later on. I am really appreciated his customer orientation and honesty so I am writing my first contractor review."
