"These folks are great! The first couple of years that I had this central AC installed, the main HVAC unit would freeze up and flood the closet and adjacent areas.
After paying another company for the same repair for three years, I finally ditched them and called Weathershield. They came out, noticed that I had a bad thermostat, replace that, serviced the unit and I haven't had a problem since then.
The folks are super polite, arrive on time and have had my AC purring now for over four years now. Can't say enough.

"I had my complete 4ton air-conditioning unit replaced by East Coast AC & Refrigeration and I was extremely satisfied. There technicians did a beautiful installation and were very careful to work cleanly and had my new system cooling quickly. "They are pleasant when you need installation. But I had to call 3 times for repair in less than 2 months. My AC is still not working properly and now I cannot seem to get ahold of them nor are they replying to msgs. It is currently 87 degrees in my house and my thermostat is set at 70. Totally unacceptable!!!!! I would think twice before hiring. I finally got a response from them and they sent someone to check the system. They found that there was a leak in the system. Do not know why it took 3 visits to discover the problem. Keeping fingers crossed this is the solution."
