Best heating and air conditioning pros near Davie, FL

"Installed new Carrier 3.5 ton condenser and 4 ton air handler (fan coil) units. Our old air handler was 3.5 tons. Because the new fan coil was larger, they had to break down the old air return box underneath it in the garage and rebuild a new one. The new one was made of sheet metal, and they did a good job installing it. The only thing that was unexpected was that the air ducts for our house are now maxed out at how much air flow they can take with the new unit, even with the lowest fan motor speed. Did not realize that our duct work was limited in the amount of airflow. Because of this, it might have been better to get a 3.5 ton fan coil unit, however, the efficiency for 3.5 ton unit is not as good. For the month of August our FPL bill was 30% less than last year with the same average temperature."

"I am very happy with the results. The installation process was smooth and professional, and the technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. They also cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. The new HVAC system is a Carrier model, which is one of the best HVAC companies of 2023 according to U.S. News & World Report."

"These folks are great!  The first couple of years that I had this central AC installed, the main HVAC unit would freeze up and flood the closet and adjacent areas.
After paying another company for the same repair for three years, I finally ditched them and called Weathershield.  They came out, noticed that I had a bad thermostat, replace that, serviced the unit and I haven't had a problem since then.
The folks are super polite, arrive on time and have had my AC purring now for over four years now.  Can't say enough.

"Probably, THE BEST HVAC service we’ve ever gotten. Thank you, Jose for your expertise and know-how. And the customer service with the front office was top-notch and pleasant!"

"Our a/c unit was down. Air Anytime, Florin, arrived at the scheduled time, identified the issue with the a/c, was available to get the part when we decided it was time to replace the fan motor, came back with the part - the same day, and completed the repairs -- all at a reasonable cost. Honest, reliable and quick service."

"After trying several other AC companies, I have chosen One Hour Heating and Cooling for their knowledgeable service techs and their professionalism. They are so much better than most of the competition."

"I contacted 3 companies to receive quotes for my AC repair and obtained 3 very expensive quotes. I then called Review A+ ESC Air Conditioning and received a very fair estimate of charges. I contracted them for the repair and I'm very happy with the service I received. They are very professional and knowledgeable."

"They performed a great job, since then I never have any problems with my AC unit. They suggested an excellent product and I am very satisfied."

"I spoke to Rafael the owner on the day after Christmas as my HVAC system would cool but when we switch to heat it would kick the circuit breaker. Rafael wanted to come that day but I wanted the next day, the technicians were on time wire their mask. Found the problem was the thermostat then a problem in the circuit breaker box. The price was great that I hired them right away without getting another company to come over. They fixed the problem so far I am happy the only issue was communicating with the technicians but living in South Florida you get used to that, but their kindness and professionalism made up. I will definitely keep their number for any other job."
