Mr Santiago did an excellent job and resolve the problems at my home I can sleep tonight because the problems has been fix. I saw this as a technician that is confident in what he's doing and not concerned if I was observing his work. "Spoke with Andre late Thursday afternoon. He quoted a price (several hundred dollars lower than other quotes) and scheduled me for the next morning. The representative, Dobrica, arrived early for the appointment. He checked the location to confirm adequate space for the new unit which was larger than the old unit and recommended a new shut off valve (the old unit was from 1994). He was very professional and his installation was top notch. It required major re-plumbing which he accomplished quickly. What amazed me the most is that the job was completed at the quoted price plus the cost of the optional shut off valve. I honestly expected some sort of additional cost to be added because some unexpected problems would pop up. But, NO, the quote was honored, and no attempt was made to get me to buy any additional parts. Having lived in South Florida since 1981, I've come to expect some sort of up-charge. Great to find an honest business!"
