We had new flooring put in Fall of 2022. Unfortunately the floor in my husband's office broke & we thought it was due to his heavy office chair. Thankfully Josh realized that it was the uneven quarter of the floor that caused the entire issue and strongly encouraged to have it done correctly. This is something that wasn't brought to our attention by the installers in 2022. Josh did an amazing job removing the old flooring, salvaging a majority of the planks, leveling the problem area and providing info along the way and communicating honestly & quickly. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
