"Janet came to assess our situation, our 15 year old A/C was dead, no heat, no cooling. She managed to get us a new unit and schedule the install within 2 days . Satisfied with the A/C installation. Technicians Robert and Cody were very knowledgeable and friendly, eager to please indeed.. we decided to add a mini split in the cottage, despite issues with an electrical problem, it was done in one day, thank you Cody for your hard work ! "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"This is not a duct cleaning! They merely spray a chemical into the air intake to "sanitize" the ducts. The upgrade to duct cleaning is $65 per duct. I have 15 ducts!!! Very informative transaction. No complaints

"Called Mr. Yanes due to above normal humidity in the house when running the A/C.  Originally thought moisture exiting from vents was due water collecting in the air handler pan.  Mr. Yanes confirmed that the pan was draining properly and it was clean.
This gentleman (and he truly is) was always prompt since he came to the house on more than one occasion and worked diligently to identify and resolve air leaks that were pulling hot humid air through crevices in the metal ductwork and vent gaps, and into the house.
 Very satisfied with his work.
