Overpromised and vastly under-delivered. They kept taking our money and not performing what their contact stated they would do. Fired them as I would recommend that any of their customers do.

I have been using them for years and years. Actually I don't see them. They come do their job and leave, and leave a little sign up. The lawn looks fairly good. They show up when they are supposed to.

We've been using them for about nine months. They are very courteous and responsive when we get in touch with them to schedule or something. They do a good job. It was the company that the previous owner of the property used. Without having much to compare to, I would say their price is fair. The quality is good.

Can't get a quote, so the work was never started.  This has delayed my project as I spent weeks waiting when I could have been looking at other companies.

I have used them for over 10 years. I have been pleased with their service. They show up every month and do what they are supposed to do.

Called contractor in June and he came to our home, looked at the situation and promised to send us an estimate for landscaping and drainage work on our yard. After several weeks and not hearing from him, we called and he promised to send us an estimate soon. That was three weeks ago and we have yet to hear from him. If he didn't want the job or was too busy, the professional thing to do would have been to at least call and tell us. As a result of his conduct we have lost several weeks and have yet to have the work done.

They are very thorough and their crews are great and well informed. I also like their prices. They are very affordable and give you a lot for what they charge.

Great, they a fast and do good work. They are also part of my pest control vendor, Pestmaster Services, love them both! They will find a program/price that fits my budget.

All went well, they did a good job considering the shape of the yard, an excellent job. Few thing to tweek because daylight ran out and they will do it on my first bi-weekly cut and maintenance. They are more than willing to cut and shape the shurbs!

Lawn Enforcement Agency are great. We talk ahead of time about what we want done and then arrange a date for them to come and do it. They've done what we asked.

They are absolutely terrible at returning phone calls and emails. Our sink was supposed to be started November 5 and take and quot;a max of 3 daysand quot; per management. Our sink was not finished until January 23. The individual workers are competent and friendly but management is awful. They would not return my phone calls and emails until I threatened to take the business elsewhere. I will never use them again for anything.

Negatives: the biggest problem is getting a response in a timely manner. Getting the project off the ground dragged on longer than I would have ever thought. Sometimes difficult to get calls returned, quotes submitted, etc. I had to be patient during this process. I actually went out to get several other bids, but in the end felt that Lawn Enforcement could do the entire project better than the other companies. They have taken steps to remedy this issue (responsiveness) by hiring another person to serve as the customer rep - this should help out quite a bit.

Positives: Great team to work with. Mike, the owner, subcontracts parts of the project to people that are experts in their field. Merritt Aluminum had a great staff that had to make some modifications on-site and really had the skills to make some intricate changes. Jackson Stoneworks put in the granite counter tops, and Lawn Enforcement has very skilled masonary people who did a great job laying the travertine stonework - different elevations, curved steps, etc. The landscaping design fits perfectly. Overall, I enjoyed working with Mike - a very honest guy that really takes pride in making sure the customer is satisfied.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the final result - came out better than we could have imagined. I would definitely use this company again for this type of project.
