Our company was founded upon the principle of repairing garage doors properly for a fair price. Our reputation is well known in the areas we service, and more than 70% of our jobs are from referrals or repeat customers. We are family owned and operated, not a franchise or national company, which allows us to monitor closely the quality of our work. We use the absolute highest quality doors, operators, and repair parts, each one undergoing a strict quality assurance program. Our standard residential service call charge is $35.00, but we waive this for Angie's List members. In addition, we offer a 10% discount for jobs over $100.00 to members. We do not charge extra for after hours calls.

"Very low quality work, none of the bolts were tightened down all the way, the door was crooked and the coil kept coming off making the door fall. The company has refused to make things right, and outright lied that they would reimburse $500 refund to get it fixed. They refuse to answer our calls or come service their terrible work."

They ask you sign a contract and no opportunity to ask questions is like ‘take it or leave it’ They got upset when I refused to pay cash. These people are rude and confrontational. Have no respect. God forbid you complaint about then they will call you back and co front you! They walk in your house with dirty shoes. I will not recommend."

We can even protect your home with an aluminum fence or hurricane shutters. The type of shutters that can provide more then hurricane protection.

"We paid several thousand to get a screen enclosure installed in January. It wasn't done correctly so it didn't pass inspection with the city. I've been calling for months and Tripod aluminum doesn't seem to care at all. They say that they'll call or come out and they haven't once called me to let me know if they'll fix the poor job that was done. A fixture was left hanging dangerously and blocked an exit. I had to pay someone $400 to fix what was damaged by Tripod. I spoke to Tripod about it and not surprisingly, they didn't care and said I'd have to pay for that myself. With hurricane season coming up, I have a huge screen enclosure that isn't bolted down correctly and I'm scared of what damage it can do and it worries me that this business doesn't care. Please do business elsewhere and don't waste your time and money."
