Morse Blvd Garage Doors

Steve Lunay from Morse Garage door came to my house and said that I could have a quick fix on my garage door for $120 which would only last for 6 moths or do the rebuild for $686.  I had a bad feeling but needed to get door opened so got talked into it.

Later found that this company is not reputable.  Parts replaced did not need replacing.  Door did not need rebuilding.  It was only a few years old.  This company did not fix the problem.  Door still was not operable.

So called Ro-mac (authorized dealer) who came to my house and stated all that was needed was to tighten loose pulley which they did for $50 and it took 5 minutes.  They had heard of this guy's reputation for ripping people off.

I didn't want him (Seve Lunay) Morse Garage Door back at my house to work on it again even though he said he would come back.  I was afraid he would charge me more money.

I was running late for work and I accidentally put the car in reverse before opening the garage door and bent the panels also did damage to my car.  I was frantic but thankfully I had a Morse Blvd Garage Door sticker on my door so I called them and they were very courteous and understanding of the urgency of my issue.   
I had a technician here the same day.  
Lesson learned, always check your rear view mirror before backing up.

I was not sure what was wrong with my garage door because when I used the remote it just made a strange sound, I was not sure who to call so I asked a neighbor and they told me about Morse Blvd Garage Doors.   
That was the best recommendation I could have asked for they were prompt, professional and the quality of the work was outstanding.  
I thought it was my remote but  they checked and showed me my broken springs, I never even knew to look for that.  I am very pleased with the work that was performed and I have called Morse Blvd Garage Doors so come back and install a top window panel for my door to make my house look a lot nicer.
