The majority of sub-contractors performed assigned tasks without incident, all without any accidents—and all were insured. Derrick had to repaint the interior of my entire home, replace molding, rip out new LVP flooring butchered by the previous contractor, correct that contractor's mess of caulk and wood putty used to try to hide mistakes.
