I ordered a pallet of sod, and they used gas powered skimmer to remove the grass down to the sand, then laid a layer of rich dark topsoil, and then installed some of the highest quality sod I have ever seen. They said it was cut that morning. This is a review from a happy paying customer trying to share with my neighbors a great contractor you can rely on that has a high-quality product. Hard to find. "DO NOT PAY Ernane Siqueira of SL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CORPORATION (Hanes City, Florida) until ALL the job is complete. We paid him $11,500 for a paver job and he never completed it. Several months after paying him in full, our firepit still remains unusable. He also never provided us with a receipt showing the job was paid in full and the warranty period. WHAT A SHAME THAT A MANS WORD AND A HAND SHAKE NO LONGER MEAN ANYTHING. We have given him numerous opportunities to complete the job but we always get an excuse and now we do not even get a response. We researched his company prior to hiring them and found the HOME ADVISOR endorsement. We relied on that endorsement but apparently that no longer carries the weight it used to.
