No project ever goes perfectly, you change your mind, have to make certain adjustments, things take longer than anticipated, etc. Juan and his crew were always professional, showed up in time every day, stayed late when they had to to get the job done. This was not an easy design with new wall framing, existing wall knockouts, interior view windows, and smooth texture finish. The results exceeded our expectations. "We have an all tile in ground spa.  We had it re-grouted a year ago and it had not leaked since then,  but started losing a lot of water each day.  I called BRN Services Inc.in the morning.  They were going to a job in our area and said they would stop to look at it on the way.  It turned out we had actually used them before quite a few years ago.  They were at our house within the hour and found the leak and repaired it.  So far it hasn't leaked since then.  They only wanted $20 for the job but I gave them a bit more.  Billie Nunn was so responsive and helpful.  He also gave me the name of someone we could call to re-grout the spa again.  Unfortunately the person we found on Angie's list did a terrible job, he was supposed to have fixed the area that started leaking and obviously did not complete the job properly.  I will be sure to keep BRN Services Inc. card for future repairs!
