Absolutely the best plumbing company I have ever been involved with. After my hot water heater blew late on a Friday afternoon, a crew, later supplemented by another two plumbers, worked until 10 pm getting a very difficult job completed. I'll never use a different company.

I called to set up an appt (their estimates are free). Bryan and Randy arrived and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and what it would cost. They came the next day and were on time. Before they entered my home, they put booties on over their shoes to keep my floors clean, I was impressed as most contractors do not do this. They completed the work, cleaned up thoroughly. They were friendly, professional and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely use this company again.

Bryan showed up and did the work in about an hour. He and his partner were professional and courteous. They replaced a section of pipe as well as an elbow and installed a new ball valve. They also reinstalled the spigot that I had recently installed for my garden hose.

To say I was terrified of this procedure is an understatement. I expected concrete dust all over my house...a nightmare! To have this job completed with minimal disruption to my home was a most unexpected surprise. Rick and Randy did the work and they were a pleasure to have in my home. They did a wonderful job of covering all openings so no dust at all was found in any other rooms. They were so patient to allow me to photograph the entire process, and explain each step. The job was completed in about 4 hours. They cleaned up the area well and left me with a very reasonable invoice. I am so relieved that this turned out to be so stress free. I can't thank Bill and Rick and Randy enough for turning this possible nightmare into just another thing a homeowner has to go through sometimes.....and....I now have a plumber I can trust! ...another blessing. I give them all an A+++ rating. After the carpet gets re-stretched and then steam cleaned, I can move back into my bedroom.

They were very good about identifying my problem and fixing it. It was a toilet and the inside was different hat most and they had to get the part and come back and fix it. I tried to get a hold of them again and I couldn’t find them. The pricing was fine, the cost of the part was not. That was something that they didn’t have control over and you could buy it a regular hardware store. They came when they said. They came on Friday and they were back on Friday.

Outstanding. Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced. I have used this company several times in the past, and every time it was excellent and I was completely satisfied. The price of $145 was for of removal of old faucet and installation of new one. I had purchased the faucet I wanted myself, prior to this installation.

Update 07 09 2014. Owner called to rectify problem and offered to make any changes that I requested and he even offered to refund money if I thought it was an unfair price. I declined the refund because I agreed to the price to begin with. It wouldnt be fair to do that. He is going to repair the bracket to my satisfaction free of charge.
I still think his price was very high, but I agreed to it. so, that is my problem I guess.
It is important to note that this guy at least had the decency to call me and offer to make things right despite what his opinion may have been. This shows me that he is very fair, credible and in my opinion make his a good business owner and a MAN!. I applaud his actions and the fact that he even called me.
I am no so much unhappy with the job (Other than the poor bracing installed for the PVC Pipe, however I was charged 350.00 to install about 40.00 worth of parts. Two valves for a garden hose and a few small pieces of piping and a PVC Valve.
I have an acetylene torch and I guess I could have done it myself, but I chose to use these guys on a recommendation from another rip-off Spring Hill Contractor because I just didn't have the time. I learned later from a REAL plumber that I was taken advantage of in price. $350.00 for about 40.00 in parts and about 1 hour in labor. (Funny that it took two people to do this simple job). I realize that there is overhead and costs of business and insurance etc., however, I will go elsewhere next time. I was taken advantage of with job cost.

"[member name removed], My apologies for the misunderstanding of your bill. We are a small local BBB rated A+ family owned and operated plumbing company who takes our reputation very seriously. You were charged $350.00 for the following work. -Straighten anti siphon loop. Which was cut out and newly reassembled. The supporting rebar was not charged for and was done as a courtesy because the pipe the irrigation contractor had previously installed was thin wall type. We were only attempting to better your situation. -Completely rebuild water service inlet with new ¾ inch ball valve, new ¾ service tee, new spigot and vacuum breaker and new ¾ L type hard copper piping vs the commonly used type m (thin copper). -Open block wall on the other side of home and repair copper pipe which had been twisted off inside of the block wall. More than likely someone tried to remove it with a wrench. ( a common mistake. ) -replace the twisted copper with type L 1/2” not type M copper pipe. -Replace spigot and vacuum breaker. Whether the work took 1.5 hrs with two plumbers or 3 hrs with one the result would be the same. The first man on the job was Brian the second was I, Bill Fetzner CFC1427731. I am the owner of H2O Plumbing Solutions and frequently stop and check on my plumbers to make sure that my quality standards are being met. When time permits I will assist the plumbers working under me at no additional charge. As you are aware doing business has overhead, we are not the cheapest plumber and never represent ourselves as such. We always suggest getting at least 3 estimates and would never overcharge for our work. There is a big difference in what the small workman’s comp exempt contractor working out of his garage would charge and what a contractor who has an office, trucks and staff would charge. We always give the price upfront and always strive to be fair, at the same time we strive for excellence in our workmanship and materials. We do not rush our work and if we go over the time we budget for the work quoted we do not charge more. Negative reviews are detrimental to our business and our families. Bill Fetzner, CFC1427731. When the owner of the company left my house I said, and quot;wow i love my plumberand quot;, which I never though I would hear myself say. I was so impressed. He not only told me my options for the repairs, which were the most costly way and least costly way of fixing the problem, but he went completely out of his way to help me go through the house as a new home owner and become familiar with everything. He went around my property for over a half hour when it was blazing hot out and ended up having to dig out with his hands, my water main valve just so I would know where it was in case of emergency. He didnt have to do that at all. He could have collected the money and left but he went above and beyond. After he left I called a long distance relative who is also a plumber and and went over what work was done just to verify that it was done honestly and it was. Ive used him on more than one occasion now and he is very fair priced and punctual he even covers his shoes to walk through the house. H20 will always be my go to guy for plumbing needs.
