"Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). A payment schedule - when and how much - should have been explained in advance. The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."

He told me if he could work us In earlier he would contact me and let me know. And that is exactly what he did. He communicated with me when I texted with questions or calls. He and Drew both have design ideas as well. Drew installed the tile and did an excellent job. Paying close attention to detail. Both Derrick and Drew did the grouting and a through clean up.
