The company that handles the water heater warranty had Benjamin Franklin get in touch with me the same day. It was getting late in the day and I was pretty sure no one was going to show up. Adam, the technician, called me around 5 and said he was on a call, then had to go back to his shop to pick up a water heater and would be at my house around 7. Showed up at 7 and working by himself had me up and running by 9:30 PM and then left for another call. He had been working since 6:30 AM.
