"They unclogged the toilet and fixed the leak under the other toilet. They said that’s what was what cause the water stains on the French quarters and to call if the problem continues. The water stains are all around the bathroom and could not be caused by what they said. The problem started before the leak from the base of the toilet. The company that handles the water heater warranty had Benjamin Franklin get in touch with me the same day. It was getting late in the day and I was pretty sure no one was going to show up. Adam, the technician, called me around 5 and said he was on a call, then had to go back to his shop to pick up a water heater and would be at my house around 7. Showed up at 7 and working by himself had me up and running by 9:30 PM and then left for another call. He had been working since 6:30 AM.
