The Puronics representative came and explained the system and tested my water. He was very knowledgeable and professional, more so than others. He impressed me the most and I signed up with him and Puronics . Every time I had a question or issue with the system he responded quickly and seems to be sincerely interested in my being happy with the product and continues with over the top customer service.

Matt was great. He was clear on what was important and what was not as much. He did not try to sell me something because it was better for him, he sold me what I needed for my family to be healthy. I appreciated his honesty and truthfulness when pitching. Admittedly I gave him a pretty hard time but he was cool under fire and clear about what he sells and why.

I appreciated the fast response from this company. They completed the whole home purification system and reverse osmosis system in just days after ordering. A very nice crew did the install neatly and they were happy to answer any of my questions. I like knowing I will be saving on my household cleaners as well and that they are delivered to our home! Less for me to haul home from the market. Very happy with the service and I will be recommending this company.
